Redman Auto Body Garage is growing and seeking a motivated, ambitious team member. We're an auto body repair business located one mile from I-90 and one mile from Lakefield, MN. We're centrally located between Sioux Falls, SD and Mankato, MN, and just 20 minutes north of the Iowa Great Lakes.

We are currently seeking a Technician / Assistant Shop Manager. The right candidate will be ready to step into any tasks needed to keep the repair processes flowing, including but not limited to: disassembling vehicles, metal work, body work, sanding, masking, buffing, re-assembling, and washing vehicles, with the possibility of also priming, painting, writing estimates, scheduling, and communicating with customers. Must be a motivated team player, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing quality work. If untrained in any department, we will patiently work with you to further your skills and abilities as needed.

Automotive background is a plus but not required. Pay will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
